Sessions can take place at the Holt Youth Community Project Gym or in the comfort of your own home. If you're unsure whether I cover your area, please get in touch and I'll let you know.

Do you offer personal training tailored for menopausal women?

Absolutely! I specialise in strength training for women going through menopause. My programmes are specifically designed to address the unique challenges of hormonal changes, muscle loss, bone density, and energy fluctuations. I understand the physical and emotional aspects of menopause and create supportive, effective training plans that work with your body during this transition.

Can I get results without going to a gym or using equipment?

Yes, definitely! Many of my online clients achieve excellent results training from home with minimal or no equipment. I design bodyweight programmes and routines using household items that are just as effective as gym-based workouts. If you do have some basic equipment like resistance bands or dumbbells, that's great, but it's not essential to get started and see real progress.

My online programmes include a personalised workout plan tailored to your goals and equipment, custom nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins to track progress and address concerns, fortnightly video calls for motivation and plan adjustments, and form and movement assessments to ensure you're exercising safely and effectively. You'll also have direct access to me for questions and support throughout your journey.

How often do we check in or adjust the plan?

We check in weekly to review your progress, discuss any challenges, and make small adjustments as needed. Every fortnight, we have a more detailed video call to assess your overall progress and make any significant changes to your programme. This regular contact ensures your plan evolves with your progress and keeps you motivated and on track toward your goals.
