Founder and Personal Trainer

Harriet Goslett is a highly experienced personal trainer based in North Norfolk, offering both in-person sessions and online coaching for adults looking to improve strength, fitness, and long-term health.

With over 15 years in the fitness industry and a Level 3 Personal Training qualification since 2007, Harriet has built a diverse skill set including Keiser cycle instruction, ski coaching, mountain bike guiding, horse rider biomechanics, and strength training for menopause and midlife.
